Heirlooms and antiques get extra padding, custom wrapping, and slower handling. If something is one-of-a-kind, tell us during the quote and we'll plan the right materials and crew size.
Have items going to Goodwill, Salvation Army, or a local charity? Box them up and we'll drop them off on the way to the new home — one less trip for you on move day.
Adult children, siblings, friends, or care managers — we're happy to communicate with whoever the family designates as the main contact for quotes, logistics, and the final invoice.

☎ (251) 220-4350A senior move is rarely just about the boxes. Sometimes it's a downsize after decades in the same home. Sometimes it's a move to an assisted living community or to be near family in another state. Always, it carries weight that a regular move doesn't. We get that. Our crew is patient, polite, and never rushed — we'll take the time to wrap an heirloom carefully, walk through the home at your pace, and listen if you want to tell us the story behind a piece of furniture before it gets loaded.
If there are donation items going out — clothes, kitchen things, furniture you're not keeping — box them up and we'll drop them off at the charity of your choice on the way to the new home. One charity stop on the route is included; we don't sort or pre-pack the donations ourselves, but the drop-off saves you from making a separate trip on a day that's already plenty. Items going to family members can ride in our truck too — just let us know who gets what.
We handle moves to assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Mobile and Baldwin County. We also handle long-distance moves out of state for customers relocating to be closer to children and grandchildren — one crew, one truck, one point of contact from origin to destination. Whatever this move means for your family, we'll do our part to make it easy.

We slow down. Our crew is patient, polite, and never rushed — we take the time to wrap heirlooms carefully, walk through the home at your pace, and listen if you want to tell us the story behind a piece of furniture. Many senior moves come with decades of memories, and we treat that with the care it deserves.
Yes. We regularly move customers to and from assisted living communities, independent living apartments, memory care facilities, and skilled nursing homes throughout Mobile and Baldwin County. We work around facility move-in windows, navigate tight hallways and elevators, and coordinate with the new community's staff so the move-in is calm.
Yes — one charity stop on the route during the move is no problem. Have the donation items boxed and labeled before move day, and we'll drop them at the charity (Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat ReStore, a local thrift, etc.) on the way to the new place. We don't sort or pre-pack the donation items ourselves, but we'll handle the drop-off so you don't have to make a separate trip.
With extra care. Antiques and heirlooms get extra padding, custom blankets, and slower handling than a standard piece of furniture. If something is especially fragile or one-of-a-kind, let us know during the quote so we can plan the right materials and crew size. We'd rather take an extra hour and get it right than rush.
Absolutely. Many of our senior moves are organized by an adult child, a sibling, a friend, or a care manager. We're happy to communicate through whoever the family wants — quote questions, move-day logistics, day-of updates, and the final invoice can all go to a designated contact while we work directly with the senior on move day for what stays and what goes.
Yes. We quote hourly so there are no penalties for taking a bit more time, and we plan extra buffer on senior moves so we're not racing the clock. If your mom or dad needs a break, wants to walk through the house one more time, or has a story to tell about the dresser — we'll wait. That's how it should be.
Yes. We handle out-of-state and long-distance moves regularly, especially across the Gulf Coast (FL, MS, LA, GA) and up the East Coast to be closer to children and grandchildren. One crew and one truck handle the move from origin to destination — no broker hand-offs, no swapping crews mid-route. Give us your origin and destination and we'll quote the full move.
We plan around it. Tell us during the quote and we'll make sure the parking spot is close to the door, the path is clear of obstacles, and the crew knows to be respectful of their pace. We can also coordinate with a family member or caregiver who'll be on-site if your parent prefers to wait at the new home while we load.
